Please help,

After finding out what folder is consuming my drive C, I found out that this folder C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE

is very big in size, it comes to that after opening the IE folder, my computer hangs/lag. INetCache folder is hidden by default as well as the IE. Is it okay to delete some files? It consumes 5+ Gb per day. Is there a way to stop this from accumulating space? I've already perform Disk Cleanup but it did not resolve the problem.

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to INetCache Folder full.

1 . Go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, scroll down and check "Empty Temporary Internet Folder when browser is closed"

    1. Go to Tools>Internet Options>General tab, Browsing History section, 'Settings' button, 'Temporary Internet Files' tab,

select "Automatically check for new versions of web pages"

3 . Cleanup below Temp folders
    C:\Windows\Temp
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
