Unable to proceed on the app Registration Payment page.

Trying to access help gives this:

There is nothing our forum support could do for such a server issue. You could open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose CHAT NOW or SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. Trying to with the Store team directly and check this behavior in the backend to see what is happening.

Really? That sounds ridiculous. None of us work at Microsoft, you do. I've opened a support ticket, I received no response back. The partner help site is broken. This is indeed a server issue, and this is the only place where those of us trying to pay for a license can actually receive support.

The following is logged as a BAD REQUEST to console when the billing form fails:

InvalidRequestData; Message: country is a required parameter when the operation is select\",\"target\":\"PidlService\"},\"message\":\"The calling client sent a bad request to the service.\",\"source\":\"PaymentInstrumentFD\"}|'","cv":"cv__1"}

I've ensured my account has a country selected before navigating to this page. Please advise.

Yes, basically a few hours later a button was visible on that page. Without knowing the details I'd suspect the issue was fixed.

Update: Still not working, just tried again. There was a button visible the other day though.

I hope this long lasting issue to signup to the 'Partner' service is fixed soon.

Unable to proceed as well today - just tried to signup.

Ok weird. It finally worked for me today (23 July 2022 around 12pm CET).
