Unable to access my Azure 900 fundamental certificate

Question

Hello...
Recently I gave my Microsoft Azure 900 Fundamental Exam on 27th June 2022 and I have passed the exam and my Microsoft Certification ID: 993424726 and I can't find certificate in my dashboard and also I had earned few badges and trophies for learning course modules and couldn't find those
I need my certificate in urgent, kindly go through and resolve my issue at the earliest

Hi @SUSHMITHA SV

If you now click on the profile in the top left corner, you should see a menu on the right hand side.
Click certifications, then in the middle you should see 2 options Certifications and past exams.
under certifications you should be able to click a link that says view certification details.
you should now be able to print the certificate, as for the badges you should be able to verifiy through credly.

Hello sir..
As mentioned above in ur statement, if I click on certifications it is asking me do u have certification profile
What should I do and I am not able to connect the certificate profile
Pls help to solve the issue

Have you signed in with the email address you used to take the exam?
If you've taken the exam from a personal account, you can link it to your professional account. this will enable you to view your certificates from both sides.
