'Your weekly PIM digest for...' mails

Hello,

There is a problem with these mails - I turn off them from the Azure menu (https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/IdentityProtectionMenuBlade/~/WeeklyDigest) and I still receive them at the end of the week. I searched all threads about setting these notification e-mails, but none of them helped me. Is there any way to stop them without cancelling my subscription and turning off the Global Administrator role for my user account in Azure?

Thank you for reaching out to us. As I Understand you want to disable "Your Weekly PIM digest emails".

Wanted to check if you have tried this option ****send weekly digest emails** (No/Yes)**

Azure Active Directory > Security > Identity Protection > Weekly digest.

I switched it to "No", but unfortunately it didn't make any difference...

But the feature is already added, the problem is that it is not working properly - I turn off these e-mails and the system keeps sending them to me.

Investigated further on this, got this information Global administrator, Security administrator, or Security reader roles are automatically added to this list as default recipients. switch will work with manually added users.

From your query I see you are Global admin of the directory and in that case you will receive these emails as there is no option to disable it from the portal as if now.

Also found this article which talks about workaround of deleting all incoming emails with the “Your weekly PIM digest” as subject, reference: https://robinhobo.com/how-to-stop-receiving-your-weekly-pim-digest-emails-a-workaround/

I've added manually myself in that list and switched off as described, but I still receive the e-mails. The second option doesn't work for me - I already made a rule in Outlook marking these e-mails as read and moving them to another folder, but that doesn't help me unsubscribing generally from them.

Do we have any further info on if it is possible to disable these for GA accounts?
