Azure self hosted integration runtime consuming CPU

Hello,

i was asked to create a cost effective architecture, and i decided using Azure data factory to move data from 1 place to another.After installing the integration runtime i noticed that CPU is being eaten by the IR even at rest (even without data movement).
is there anyway to optimize the IR so it wouldn't eat all this CPU? at the end i'm buying a server to run the IR which is not cost effective.
