This error often occurs because some custom setting regarding the Default Storage Location. Usually:
- UEFI is not enabled in BIOS. Windows 11 requires UEFI boot
- CSM Compatibility Support Module is enabled in BIOS for Legacy operating systems. Windows 11 will not support CSM
- You are using a Boot Manager such as Phoenix Boot in order to Dual-Boot with other operating system. Windows 11 will not boot correctly using systems like GRUB due to vulnerability reasons.
- There multiple storage devices connected. Please try to disconnect other storage (such as USB or secondary HardDrives) leaving only the system storage
Additionally, you can try the installation Offline, by using the Windows 11 Installation Media Tool: https:/www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
