Error code 0x80070003 may sometimes prevent you from updating Windows to the latest version.

    To fix this:
    Run Update troubleshooter.

    If the above fails:

Launch Command Prompt with admin rights.
Then run the commands below one by one (hit Enter after each one):
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver
    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    net start wuauserv
    net start cryptSvc
    net start bits
    net start msiserver
    Check for updates again.

    Hello ManishDengle,

This error often occurs because some custom setting regarding the Default Storage Location. Usually:

    • UEFI is not enabled in BIOS. Windows 11 requires UEFI boot
    • CSM Compatibility Support Module is enabled in BIOS for Legacy operating systems. Windows 11 will not support CSM
    • You are using a Boot Manager such as Phoenix Boot in order to Dual-Boot with other operating system. Windows 11 will not boot correctly using systems like GRUB due to vulnerability reasons.
    • There multiple storage devices connected. Please try to disconnect other storage (such as USB or secondary HardDrives) leaving only the system storage

Additionally, you can try the installation Offline, by using the Windows 11 Installation Media Tool: https:/www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
