my dedicated mail server can't find route to hotmail

Hello,
I've set up a new dedicated MailServer server 2 days ago, I am using postfix and all DKIM, DMARC, PTR and SPF records were setup and my ip address not listed in any RBL and no abusive sending noted from it.
As soon as I started using the mail server I'm getting the message below.
A7B80102C47 1594 Tue Jul 12 12:36:42 user@UGC .contoso.sd
(connect to hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.x.x.3x]:25: No route to host)
user@Karima ben .com.
I think your postfix spam filter is blocked my ip address 41.x.x.1xx, so if that the case please check it again and consider all the info I mentioned above and remove it from you blocked ip

According to the information, currently the messages are routed through the Postfix.
Could you please create a new send connector to route messages to the recipient domain directly then see if the issue persists?Since this error "No route to the host" indicates that the issue may be caused by network issues, please also check if it can be resolved and accessed from your network to the recipient server.
You may try telnet the server of hotmail on port 25 and see if the connection can be established, or if the same error be returned.
