After Configuration Server failure several VMs are not replicated on Azure

Hello, We faced a wmvare issue ( fixed ) on Azure configuration server virtual machine, after that several virtual machine replications failed reporting a critical error "No heartbeat received from the mobility service on the Source Machine 'XXXXX' in the last 15 minutes". We are running Configuration Server vers 9.48.0.0.
I tried to delete and recreate replication from "azure site recovery vault", uninstall and install Mobile Service on source machine without success.

"InMage Scout Application Service" and "Inamge Scout VX Agent - Sentinel/Outpost" are running on Source VM

From svcagents_curr ( Source VM ) I noted the following errors :

CxProxy::RegisterHostStaticInfo encountered exception I:\SRC\release\InMage-Azure-SiteRecovery\host\config\talwrapper.cpp(107)[TalWrapper::post] CurlWrapper Post failed : server : 192.XX.XX.66, port : 443, phpUrl : request_handler.php, secure : true, ignoreCurlPartialError : false with error: [at I:\SRC\release\InMage-Azure-SiteRecovery\host\curlwrapperlib\curlwrapper.cpp:CurlWrapper::processCurlResponse:200] peer verification failed - SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK.

~> (07-13-2022 14:35:49): ERROR 3488 5452 272 RegisterHostStaticInfo failed with update failure. Immediate retry with interval 120 seconds will occur in case host did not register atleast once.

Please note that not all the VM replications are in ERROR state some of them are working fine.
