Enable SMS, phone call and Ms Authenticator option on B2C user flow

I want to add the option to use the SMS, phone call and Ms Authenticator with Azure B2C user flow. Is there any way to use all of these options on B2C user flow ?

If this is not possible, what is the easiest way to accomplish this task ? Do we have to define custom policies only for this request ?
