Failure in loading of azureMigrationapplicance

I am try to discover the server through azure migrate assessment, but as soon as I tried to run the migrate appliance virtual machine through hyper-v it become unresponsive , even if its get opened the internet explorer which is supposed to get open automatically for the configuration doesn't open.
If anyone has ever faced this issue kindly suggest some solution regarding this.
