I have a client that opens a word document from teams and when he adds a comment the name that appears next to the comment does not reflect the account name used to sign in to office. Please take note of the attached screenshot and the high lighted areas. The account that appears next to the comment is a test account that is not associated with his computer accounts nor is it associated with any email accounts he has opened. This is happening with word 2013 and the latest version of Microsoft Teams. This issue is very unusual, please advise.

For the affected user, which name is specified as the "User name" at File > Options > General?

the same user name that appears in the upper right hand corner of the window in the screenshot. Now, for the record, this issue was cleared up by a reboot. So now the name appears correctly next to the comment box as expected. I think it would just be good to know if anyone has seen this issue before knows why it happened.
