Can not Extend "/" Partition --> NOCHANGE: partition 2 is size 16775168. it cannot be grown

Hi everyone

I've upgraded the OS Disk from 8GB to 64GB. But I can not extend "/" partition. Below the summary :

[root@vm-centos2 adminazure]# lsblk
NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINT
sda 8:0 0 32G 0 disk
└─sda1 8:1 0 32G 0 part /mnt
sdb 8:16 0 64G 0 disk
├─sdb1 8:17 0 1G 0 part /boot
├─sdb2 8:18 0 8G 0 part /
└─sdb3 8:19 0 1G 0 part
[root@vm-centos2 adminazure]# growpart /dev/sdb 2
NOCHANGE: partition 2 is size 16775168. it cannot be grown
[root@vm-centos2 adminazure]#

I am using Centos Stream 8
