Add custom message when end user selects last option in SharePoint Survey

Question

Hi Team,

I 've created a SP Survey and require a formula when the end user is on the last question and selects an choice for a message to display "Thank you for completing the Survey" and for it still allow the survey to submit through when they click on Finish.

I have seen messaging display in red on a SP survey before as shown below, just need help with creating a thank you message at the end

My SharePoint access is quite limited, so hopefully there's a work around for this

Hi @Harry N Nomikos ,

According to my research and testing ,unfortunately, there is currently no way to achieve it. Per my test, if we add Formula and User message in survey ,we will not able to submit the survey when we click the "Finish".

I suggest you can propose a feedback on this issue, Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future. Thanks for your understanding.
