Error 10103 counter instance OpsMgr DW Writer Module, Total Error Count, All Instances

Question

We have a fresh installed MG and details are below

Server - Windows 2019
SQL - SQL 2019 CU15
SCOM - SCOM 2019 UR 4
TLS 1.2 - Enabled.

We are getting errors related to OpsMgr DW Perfmon counters on all the Management Servers. When we open perfmon counter on the OS, we see counters are present but showing 0 value , which should be OK as we do not have any load yet.

In PerfDataSource, could not resolve counter instance OpsMgr DW Writer Module, Total Error Count, All Instances. Module will not be unloaded.
In PerfDataSource, could not resolve counter instance OpsMgr DW Writer Module, Errors/sec, All Instances. Module will not be unloaded.
In PerfDataSource, could not resolve counter instance OpsMgr DW Writer Module, Data Items/sec, All Instances. Module will not be unloaded.

Is it a bug with SCOM 2019 management pack. I am seeing this bug since we install the SCOM 2019 RTM , then thought the error will go after SCOM UR4 update, but error remains the same.
