Azure B2c custom policy files, email verification send code button not loading

I am using custom policies to signin via custom idp provider, the flow works fine,

After authentication, I am using SelfAsserted-ProfileUpdate to get missing details from user at first signin, this works too untill i enable email verification.

I enabled email verification but the "send code" button never loads , there are no javascript errors as well

attached policy base files, any help is much appreciated , attached framework base file
