For SharePoint Online product retirement plans:

    Product Existing Tenant New Tenant
    SharePoint 2010 workflows Nov 1, 2020 Aug 1, 2020
SharePoint 2013 workflows Remain supported Nov 1, 2020
    SharePoint Designer 2013 July 13, 2026 (Predict) July 14, 2021 (Predict)
    InfoPath 2013 July 13, 2026 (Predict) July 14, 2021 (Predict)

    Additional information:

    1. The exact retirement date for SharePoint 2013 workflows is not yet released.
Quoting the document: SharePoint 2010 workflow retirement:

This retirement doesn't apply to SharePoint 2013 workflows. SharePoint 2013 workflows will remain supported, but will be retired at some point in the future.

However, the Extended End Date for [Workflow Manager 1.0][2] is Jan 10, 2023, which will possibly be the Extended End Date for SharePoint 2013 workflows as well.

    1. There is currently no official statement for the exact retirement date for SharePoint Designer 2013 and InfoPath 2013, but the Mainstream End Date and Extended End Date can be found via the links below:
Product End of Support. / Search Product and Services Lifecycle Information.
