MS office 365 Excel file is not able to Preview in Windows 10

i need help.

I'm using MS office 365 proplus ,i can't Preview only Excel files in Windows 10.

its possible for other files ..ex- .pdf

I'm assuming you've tried all the methods in the link. On this issue, Microsoft officially has an article that introduces the method: this-file-cant-be-previewed. You can preview excel files in word. Or open another Excel instance (press Shift and double-click the excel icon)
