MAC Renote desktop intermittent connectivity

I am using MICROSOFT REMOTE DESKTOP version 10.7.7 to connect to connect to windows 10. However I do face connectivity issue where the connection drops please refer image below.
Please help/guide me on what to be done from my end.

--- 192.168.0.1 ping statistics ---
36300 packets transmitted, 36294 packets received, +94 duplicates, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 1.270/6.217/352.858/10.553 ms

--- 8.8.8.8 ping statistics ---
36258 packets transmitted, 36248 packets received, +114 duplicates, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 27.588/37.357/375.927/9.970 ms

--- 172.27.180.140 ping statistics ---
36283 packets transmitted, 36001 packets received, 0.8% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 19.284/38.887/10930.000/124.342 ms
