Windows 10 Start menu and Taskbar are not working after applying May 2022 update KB5013942

Please allow me to check if others have encountered the same problem.
Company IT recently helped me to delete and restart my PC to re-generate my company domain user account to resolve the problem that the Start menu and Taskbar are not responding after installing the May 2022 update KB5013942.

Here is the list of Windows updates before we saw the problem.

    If I understood correctly, you installed those updates and Windows stop working and after uninstalling them, everything back to normal.
    If that is the case, try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
