Android (not compliant)

I've got an android device it says "not compliant" even thought the policies are met by the device. Any solution for this, thanks.

How long ago did you sync the device? Intune can take some time for these types of operations.

It's been a day now, the policy says that it need a longer password and we did but still not compliant.

To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

Which version of this android device is? And which enrollment method did you use to enroll this device?

Has this device always been compliant? And it suddenly become non-compliant?

Please make sure that you at least set "Require password type" to "Numeric" in this compliance policy. And then check if it works.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.

Employee got a new phone Samsung s22, we used intune to enroll the device.

It's been non-compliant from the start.

We have setup the password type to numeric atleast 4.

It's still non-compliant
