Outlook cannot possibly know all the workdays, but you have plenty of other options to configure recurrence. Something like the second Friday or third Monday of the month for example?
Set a recurring outlook reminder
My company has 60+ credit card users and the credit card cycle ends on the 10th of every month. I have currently set a recurring outlook reminder to show up on 11 days of every month. However some users complain that for a few months, the 11th day falls on a weekend and they miss it.
Is there a possibility to have an outlook reminder pop-up the first working day after the 10th of every month? We work on a regular Monday to Friday schedule.

As I know, with Outlook options alone, we could not meet your needs. In Outlook, we can set reminders recurring every specific day in a month but it could not skip specific weekends automatically as you wished. Such a thing you mentioned might be possible only by manual intervention or by dedicated tools. It is also suggested for you to add reminders manually for those specific months if necessary.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry to hear that those information above could not help solve your issue. Outlook calendar feature currently is still limited and could not support skip specific weekends automatically so far.So, as a workaround for now, you might need to manually modify the reminder when necessary.
It is also suggested for you to could create a thread about the feature you would like in User voice , then other users will could vote on it for you, Microsoft may notice it and add it in the later version.
