How to add providers in Viva Learning after register it via beta Graph API

Hi MS supports,
I have a question about the Viva Learning, please refer to below for more details.

Recently, I'm working on testing the Viva Learning Standard API, as we know, these APIs are preview and can only work with beta endpoint and delegated permissions, after all done, I registered a provider and ingest some learning content via API on this Tuesday 7.12, but so far I cannot see any registered provider in Viva Learning APP in Teams, either Admin Center portal.
The questions is how can I add the registered provide in the Viva Learning APP in Teams.

My test tenant is: M365x13148724.onmicrosoft.com
Test APIs:
https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/employeeExperience/LearningProviders
https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/employeeExperience/LearningProviders/{providerid}/learningContents(externalId='externalid')

I do refresh the Teams App today and I could see the provider with the content I created a few days ago, so the issue can be closed now.
BTW, I'm not sure how it works, but I saw the graph API document is published, maybe this is the reason.

Is there any way I can manually update the refresh of learning content in Viva Learning? I also experience that content added by the Graph API is not displayed in the teams user interface.
