BizTalk 2020 Configuration Error

While configuring BizTalk 2020 Dev version Biztalk Runtime configuration, getting this error constantly
[ Error BtsCfg] The application does not exist.

[ Error BtsCfg] e:\bt\57588\private\source\setup\btscfg\btscfg.cpp(2272): FAILED hr = c0002a04

We have Ensured DTC is working by DTC Ping tool
The source for btscfg.cpp is also referring to a directory not present on the server...we do have an E drive with installation folder but no the dir the error is referring to apart from the runtime config error

    I ran into this issue while configuring a Biztalk 2020 environment. I was configuring the second node in a clustered environment. I was joining all of the databases, SSO, Group, etc. and I picked a dummy database that had the same as the BizTalkMgmt database. On the other Node I had used BizTalkMgmt_QA and on this node I used BiztalkMgmt for the Group configuration. The BizTalkMgmt database in this case didn't have anything in it, this caused the Runtime to not configure correctly. I unconfigured the Group and got it pointed at the correct database and everything worked just fine.
