Do you mean you want to disable the Skype for Business run automatically?
Please sign out of the Skype for Business at first (Click the triangle icon next to the gear icon > Select File > Choose Sign Out). And then go to Options page to uncheck Automatically start the app when I log on to Windows checkbox in the Personal tab as you know. After doing that, please close Skype for Business client and restart your PC.
