ECP 500 Unexpected Error

my exchange server 2019 ECP page is not working but owa page working properly.please see attached screenshoot.! binding certficate is ok221050-error.png

Is the newly installed exchange not working or is it that it worked fine but suddenly doesn't work? Did you do anything?
Based on my search, there are several solutions:

use a different browser

install pending server updates

reinstall updates

check resource allocation

update server configurations

recreate virtual directories

repair exchange server

thank you for your help, i did all of above method (even upgraded to current CU12)but unfortunately not succeed and ECP worked fine previously but suddenly stop working.

Hi @Tariku GebreMichael ,

Check if there is any issue with the XAML file type.

Check on the Application Pools to view whether OWA and ECP Application Pool is running on .NET Framework v4.0.

Check the bindings of the default website to confirm to Microsoft recommended settings.

Try recreating the ecpvirtualdirectory and see the results.

Remove the ECP objects in AD container.

Delete the AutoDiscover in metabase.

Try recreating the ECP virtual directory and see the results.

Is there any progress on your question? Is your Exchange upgraded from an earlier version? I found an article from Exchange 2016 to 2019 that appeared to be an error due to no migration of the arbitration mailbox. If the same is true for you, you can refer to:
