Traceview is not a valid Win32 program

I am trying to use traceview.exe as included with WDK 10 on my Windows 7 x64 machine. I just updated to WDK 10 a few days ago and when I went to use Traceview to check some logs, I discovered that it will not open and throws the error "traceview.exe is not a valid Win32 application". I also have a Windows 10 x64 environment on a different computer that also has WDK 10 but doesn't have this issue. Traceview is installed in the correct location. Has anyone else had this issue after updating to WDK 10?
