Notice that the screenshot you provided contains some personal information, which I have covered up in order to protect your privacy.

In order to verify your issue, did you encounter problem with Outlook prompting for credentials?

What detailed version of Outlook are you using(File Office Account)? Please make sure that you have upgraded it to the latest.
And, did the problem occur during your initial configuration, or was it only recent?

If the problem is recent, according to my research, when the wrong account password is stored in the windows credential manager, there will also be a password pop-up window, it is recommended that you manually delete your account credentials and log back in to Outlook to test whether the problem still exists (start > control panel> credential manager > delete the relevant credentials).
Corrupted profiles can also cause problems, it is recommended that you try to create a new profile and re-add the account to test if there are any changes to the issue (Control Panel > Mail >Show Profiles > Add).

If the problem persists, consider that antivirus or firewall settings may also have an impact on the problem, you can try temporarily turning off the firewall and antivirus software to test whether it will work.
