Samsung S22E450 Monitor isn't being detected in Windows

I'm Pretty sure this is off-topic but How do I fix my Monitor not getting detected in Windows. The Monitor works quite well with any VGA Connection but I have recently switched computers and No Longer need to use the VGA Cable but my HDMI Cable is Connected and it still won't work (Its also Detected in Device Manager if that helps). However I have updated the Graphics Driver to the latest release for the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (516.69) and it still wont work it just goes to Sleep. Any Suggestions?
