Yesterday in the morning I saw that my account was disabled, they did not tell me why but I googled it and its probably by suspicious activity in your account or because you break one of the rules on the TOS, and I have broken no rule at all and my account is completely safe I checked recent logins in my account and all of them were done by myself. I am really panicking right now since I have very important files in a VPS in it may cost me a lot of money. I made 4 different tickets and they all answer with the same thing, which is: "Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Azure support. Sorry we were unable to verify your account information. Based on this, the earlier decision remains and your account will stay closed.  Please understand that security checks like these are in place to protect the quality and integrity of the Azure service. " I asked different things in each ticket, they won't even tell me why it was disabled, or how can I get it back on. I think that the tickets are being answered by bots. I really need that to be reactivated I need those files as soon as possible, please help me.

@Sebastian Gomez - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out.

Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused!

Microsoft Azure subscription and billing related issues are currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
I suggest you create a support request over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/plans/

You can also try https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/options/#support-plans and ideally the “Submit a support ticket” button will work on this page for them as a first step too.

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

If the above response was helpful, please feel free to "Accept as Answer" and "Upvote" the same so it can be beneficial to the community.
