    Are you trying to install URL Rewrite? If yes, you need to enter url rewrite in the search bar and press enter to search, or you can use the link below to download and install.

    Then you can install URL Rewrite from the link in my answer above, and some of the products in Web Platform Installer have end of life, for more details you can check this link: web-platform-installer-end-of-support-and-sunsetti.html.
