Unusual sign-in activity email from MS

I checked activity on this my second email account to get this notice in 2 days and the same result. the unusual activity is from MS Azure server IPs. Why is this -
these are the IPs 13.101.237.204, 13.101.73.183, 13.101.248.41, 13.101.248.75

I've had two independent Microsoft accounts with the same issue. I believe it's a false alarm and something amiss with Microsoft. Hopefully a Microsoft rep will chime in on this troubling security issue seeing as there are so many following it.
