Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully

Question

I tried to link outlook account for sending message using nestjs using nodemailer so I use email and password of outlook it shows me this error.

I also tried creating a app password and put it in the field of password in env still it shows me this error. I also tried 2 step authentication and MFA but still got this error.

Any solutions please!!!

It should be enabled but here as you can see its locked.

in my other outlook mails I can turn on and off this option.

Is this causing an issue??

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
