Unable to access company exam discount again 7/16/2022

On July 11th 2022 Microsoft/Esteban Pirateque Rondon has resolved my company exam discount and I was able to use esi.microsoft.com exam discount to schedule AZ800 exam after the data is sync.
Now on 7/15/2022 the issue reappeared again. All my pearson vue data is blank and my company exam is blank again.
Do I need to sync my data again? Why this issue keep repeating? Evidence attached (221495-image.png)
