Issue in SSO login with Azure Active Directory on proxy

I'm facing an issue in Single Sign On authentication with Azure Active directory. Since my application is working properly on local and even on server where no proxy based authentication is implemented. But once I deployed my application on server having proxy setting to open any other applications then my application is not redirecting to azure portal for authentication probably due to proxy setting. I have implemented owin in MVC C# application for SSO login with Azure AD. Can someone help me how to resolve this problem, I have tried to do some code in owin for proxy setting but it didn't work for me.
