Hello @Salves ,

I checked the page of Vnet creation and there is actually a required field called Tier (Regional/Global) while enabling Bastion and creating it's Public IP which is not referred anywhere in the documentation and even there is no mention of a Tier in a normal Public IP creation. Hence, I have contacted the Product team to get more clarification on same. I will update this post as soon as I have a response from them.

Hello @Salves ,

I checked with the backend team and there is no Tier field/option for Public IP creation and looks like enabling Bastion while Vnet creation blade had a Portal bug where it was probing for a Tier while creating Public IP. However, it has been removed now and it should not prompt you for that field anymore.

You can now enable BastionHost while creating a Virtual Network just as described in Bastion Host creation article:
