How can I port forward for my minecraft server

Hi , recently I got an Azure VM I’ve been trying to port forward so anybody with the ip server can join and I am only missing one step and is port forwarding , I need to add an external and internal port with the protocol TCP/UDP (both) si my server could work can anybody help please
