/_api/contextinfo loading issue for some users SharePoitn 2013

Hi All,

I am facing the below issue for some users in SharePoint 2013

for some pages SharePoint keep waiting the page load till it finishes the below rest call /_api/contextinfo after that page loads successfully, this is happening for some users only mostly site collection admins.

we are not calling this file anywhere from the code, how to fix this issue

To help you better, can you provide more detailed information or screenshots? Is it always waiting for the page to load without an error message?

Yes it is waiting for without any error and finally works with 200 code , but takes more time

Hi @suyog mahindrakar ,

Unfortunately, currently we are unable to reproduce this problem. My understanding, there is no error and return 200 when calling the /_api/contextinfo , it only take more time on the SharePoint page. If I misunderstand, please feel free to let me know. Please try to do a troubleshooting, try to clean the cache.

In addition, to help you better ,can you share more screenshots or code ?
