The screen of the Microsoft Teams Keeps flickering during a call. I reconnected my wifi, cleared my teams cache, updated my drivers and windows update is completed.
Any other resolution?

Have you tried to use Teams web client to see if it can be fixed?

hi all - so you need to roll back your MS Office (with teams) to the 10 Jan 2023 - and that should fix it.

that's all the general settings available here. How do I get to other settings?

I rolled back MS Office to 10 Jan 2023 and still get the flickering. Very Annoying and won't stop. For today's meetings I had to use the Teams app on my smart phone and it worked, but the screen is so small I couldn't read the documents being shown by other participants.
I guess I'll have to just project my phone to my TV and that will work.
I can't believe that Big Ole Microsoft with all the engineers can't fix this and we have to do work arounds.
Where's Bill Gates or Steve Jobs when we need them??

Have you tried to disable the GPU hardware acceleration feature?
Open Microsoft Teams. Click on your Profile Picture at the top right of your window. Click Settings on the drop down menu. In the General section check "Disable GPU hardware acceleration" and restart Teams.

Can't find that option in the settings. Teams has been flickering for more than a month now... The only way is to stop it is endless window resizing and hoping it doesn't flicker for a while. Very annoying.

There's no option to disable hardware accel on the 'new' Teams app.
If you are on a MAC you need to ROLL BACK the version of MS Office (including Teams) to the 10 Jan 2023 version - see link for full rollback list https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac#release-history-for-office-for-mac

That's great - the rollback solved the problem for Teams Video calls, but now that I rolled back to fix that - what happens when my Office 365 suite needs updates for Word, Excel, Outlook etc.? Am I stuck in a non-update purgatory forever so that I can use Teams?
