Deleting Azure Active Directory Tenant not Working All Green Checkboxes

Hello,
I am looking at trying to delete an Azure Active Directory tenant. I went to manage tenants and ensured all the check boxes are green, but it fails with a message that I cannot delete the tenant. There is no subscription tied to this tenant, but it uses the same email address as my other default tenant that has a subscription. Any help would be appreciated.

Wanted to check if the following conditions are checked as mentioned in this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/directory-delete-howto#:~:text=The%20following%20conditions%20should%20be%20checked%3A
For example, if a default Azure AD tenant was created for you in Azure, you can't delete this organization if your Azure subscription still relies on it for authentication. You also can't delete a tenant if another user has associated an Azure subscription with it.

2022-07-18T13:28:08.617+00:00 I have a default Azure AD tenant that was created when my subscription was created and another that I created when I doing some training. The other Tenant still falls under my email account, but it's not my default tenant. I figured the first tenant was the one used for authentication so I could delete the other tenant. Both tenants have one account assigned with the global administrator role added. When I go to Manage tenants, delete, all the green prerequisite checkboxes show up, but it says that I am unable to delete my tenant. I am just looking at cleaning out the other tenant that I am not using though not sure why I can't delete it. Any help would be appreciated.
