Number of AVD virtual machines

Question

Ms docs says that 5000 virtual machines can be distributed per subscription, but can I use it without any problems when I actually distribute 5000 virtual machines on the AVD Session host? Are there any related cases?

You can have up to 10,000 session hosts per host pool put you would still need to distribute these across multiple Azure subscriptions as per the information you provided in your question.
