긴급MS Certification 문의 (Certification 확인 불가) - MCID 통합 요청

안녕하세요,

MS Azure fundamental 을 아래 MCID 로 셤 보고, Certification 을 받았는데요 (MCID 991024211)
작년 3월에 취득한 MS Azure AI Ceritificate 은 확인이 되지 않습니다. (MCID 는 다름)
또한, 과거에 취득한 Certification 이력도 확인이 되지 않습니다.

E-mail 은 anonymized@USER , hjinpark72@Karima ben .com, hjinpark72@harsh.com .com 으로 모두 연결되어 있는데요.
anonymized@USER 으로 로그온 하면 AI Certi 및 과거 Certification 이력이 보이지 않는 이유가 무엇인지요?

요청하는 바 : anonymized@USER 으로 로그온시 AI Certi 및 과거 Certification 이력이 모두 보이도록 조치 부탁드립니다.
혹시 MCID 가 달라서 인가요? 그렇다면, 하나로 통합해주실수 있을까요?
