Authentication App Deleted that is connected to FB

Good day to whomever is reading this I just have a big problem.
Due to a bootloop in my phone I was forced to wipe the data in my phone since it's the only solution I had at the moment and when I tried to login at my Facebook acc (I entered the correct username and password) it said I need a code that was sent to my authentication app which I don't have. I can't retrieve because I don't have a qr or code to login I don't know what to do since it's urgent because schools are starting this month and I need the account back. I tried the "having trouble" but it reset 3 times

    Hello @Kenaz ,

    if you had a backup for your authenticator app, you could eventually restore from that.

    If there is no backup, you'll have to contact Facebook support about recovering access to your account
