Exam cancelled by proctor

Hi, my exam was cancelled by a proctor because there were not able to see me in the camera, but I was able see myself in the recording box, this is not my first exam with microsoft this was a strange situation, all the system test were fine, including the camera one , this happened with 3 different proctors, the last one told me to contact Pearson for support the they will help with this, that he will cancel my session.
