No billing methods

Hey! I've been trying to register and pay for personal developer account at partner.microsoft.com, but no billing options are loaded and lower site part stays empty. Alas, the partner.microsoft.com support doesn't load too, only my tickets history, so I can't submit one there

    looks like you have a problem loading modules of the page, this can be for diferent reasons, my advice go for following options:

    1. Delete cookies in edge , here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/delete-cookies-in-microsoft-edge-63947406-40ac-c3b8-57b9-2a946a29ae09
    2. more faster way to try point 1, in edge is go for an InPrivate page, just for upper right corner to the 3 dots and select open a new Inprivate window, then try to do load the page , see if this fix the problem.
    3. let us know how option 1 and 2 results , if no luck, we need to move to more deeper troubleshooting
