Microsoft Store and Feedback Hub blocking me as I use VPN?

While my laptop is connected to a VPN Server (I use NordVPN) and try to access Microsoft Store I find that I am blocked and the Store App won't open.

If I try to report the problem (while still connected to VPN Server) I am blocked and then when I try to leave Feedback this too is blocked.

If I disconnect from my VPN I am able to load Microsoft Store with no problem.

This appears to be new issue as I have not previously had any such problems while connected to Internet via NordVPN.

Changing VPN Server location makes no difference.

Is this new Policy or a new feature trying to stop people using VPNs?

    Do you have any error message or Event Id that is been created when you face this issue ?
