App Service went down automatically for 30minutes on 14Th July 4:30 to 4:45PM UTC

Prod App Service went down it shows http 500.30 error for 30minutes
Diagnose and solve problem says IO exception: Could not load file or assembly 'AutoMapper.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection but after 30minutes it automatically started working
we havenot changed any cofiguration in portal or no code changes

Can i know the reason for Web App downtime

    Update:

    The issues caused due to Site management operations as there was a site management operation at 2022-07-14 16:18:07.92 and first 500.30 error started at timestamp 2022-07-14 16:18:42.8558132 and due to many site management operations in this 30 mins of timeframe which also includes swapping operations and after last update, website restart was done at 2022-07-14 16:46:41.21 and after the warmup process, site was up and running.

    Resolution: Its recommended for Health check feature, Auto heal and adding multiple instances which will help in maintaining healthy production applications.
