Microsoft authenticator app bugged out. Need help to recover.

Hey.
I have set up my instagram two-factor Authenticator with the Microsoft Authenticator app. For somereason the app was logged out and erased all the data. Now when I logged out of my instagram. Since it had two-factor on. I can’t log back in because I can’t see instagram in my Authenticator app anymore. Therefore, I can’t use no one time code to log in to my account. I tried using the security code and those also does not work. Please someone help me get back into my instagram. I logged into my Authenticator app with the same credentials that I used before to create and resgister for my Authenticator app. I am tryng to reach microsoft support but I can’t find any place where I can chat with a live agent and solve this problem.
