Renew student Azure subscription

My student subscription will be expired soon so i need to renew it using the same student mail that i used before to create this subscription, my problem is when i put that student mail to renew the subscription an error message appears and told me that the mail has been used before ( for the creation of the same subscription).
Did any one can help me to renew the subscription using the same mail ( i don't have any other student mail to use it ).

    Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused!

    Microsoft Azure subscription and billing related issues are currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here: (more to be added later on).
    I suggest you create a support request over here: The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
    FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

    You can also try and ideally the “Submit a support ticket” button will work on this page for them as a first step too.
