. Net webapi runs for a period of time, and the vs2022 cannot be opened

when I running webapi and no open vs2022 for a period of time, vs will cannot be opened, but the interface can work normally. I need to close from Task Manager and restart it. How to avoid this happening. I tried reinstalling, but it's useless.

    Do you mean that the opened VS2022 hangs when debugging ASP.NET Web API project? Or do you want to open a new VS2022 after running the Web API project?
    If possible, please share us detailed reproduce steps in order to investigate it further.
    Meanwhile, please create a new project and verify if the issue occurs in specific project or not.

    Please check if it is caused by some installed extensions.
    You can temporarily disable or uninstall them under Extensions > Manage Extensions > Installed and try again.
