Azure Bot Service - per messages price model calculation

Hi,
we are developting a service that uses an Azure Bot Service throw direct speech line premium channel.
From service detail page we know that the price is €0.476 per 1,000 messages.
From same page a message is:
The first question is: will it be charged messages sent and those received by the bot?
Using Application Insight we note that are many types of acvity messages traced as in below figure.
The second question is: Are only acivities like BotMessageReceived and BotMessageSent used for charge the billing from the syststem?

thanks if you can have more infos from product team.
Threre is another aspect regarding the messages send from the bot (in Application Insight logged as BotMessageSend).
We noted that App Insight has logged BotMessageSend not only activity objects (in ActivityRecived on DialogServiceConnector on client side)
but also the events like SessionStarted, SessionStopped and TurnStatusRecived.Is possibile to know if also SessionStarted, SessionStopped and TurnStatusRecived events are considerated as acitivity messages and so charged for billing ?
We ask this because in our log, for a message send and the relative response to the bot, the system generates (through direct-speech-line channel) 3 other events that seems charged...
